Hi! I’m Kristi. I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy, passionate about helping people move better, get stronger, and live pain-free. With a doctorate from the MGH Institute of Health Professions, a background in Movement Science from the University of Michigan, and many years of coaching as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist, I bring a deep understanding of the body’s movement patterns and a holistic approach to physical health.

Whether you're an active adult, an athlete, or someone simply looking to improve your strength and mobility, I’m here to support you. I offer in-person and virtual physical therapy, bodywork sessions, online personal and performance training, as well as prehab and recovery sessions tailored to your unique needs. My mission is to empower you with the tools to keep doing the activities you love while minimizing the risk of injury.

As a former athlete and forever an athlete at heart, I understand the mental and physical challenges of rehabilitation. Typical physical therapy often leaves people feeling fragile and unprepared to return to their sport, but my goal is different.
